I remember Skylab, that was cool. ISS is a much better way to spend $100,000,000,000 than say, Iraq.
With the successful landing of the space shuttle Endeavour Sunday night, the International Space Station is on the verge of completion after $100 billion and 11 years of construction. NASA plans just four more missions to wrap up its few remaining station deliveries.

of course, the ISS does not, has not, and will not do any science, and will fall out of the sky in a few years. We should have spent all of that money sending robots to all of the planets-faster,cheaper, and better than humans, and they actually do science
