Is it me, or is this sign begging folks to take a stroll on this private land? I mean, even if someone manages to get caught, the sign states that they'll be asked to leave. At that point -- if you flat out refuse or in some way fail to do so, they will call the cops. They then go on to explain that "this is in the interest of safety." That's nice to know because when I see a straight-up "No Trespassing" sign posted on someone's private land I often feel like the folks are almost rude in genuinely not wanting me hanging out on their property. Ah, sweet Manitou. Where were these signs when I was a mischievous kid?
